Microsoft Security UX · AI · Designed & built by me
An AI-powered Figma plugin that generates and reviews UI content against our content system, without designers ever leaving their file. I identified the friction, designed the tool, wrote the code, and drove adoption to 80% of the UX team.
The problem: content reviews in our UX team took a week of back-and-forth — designers wrote UI copy, sent it to content designers for review, waited, got feedback in a doc, and manually checked it against the content system. The cycle repeated for every revision.
My role: everything. I identified the friction, designed the plugin, built it (Figma Plugin API, RAG pipeline, Azure, Entra ID auth), and drove adoption across the team.
Stay inside Figma — reviews happen on the canvas where designers already work, no context switching.
RAG over the content system — the plugin references real guidelines, not generic AI suggestions.
Ship it myself — waiting for engineering capacity would have killed the momentum, so I wrote the code.
